The present invention relates to a compressor comprising: a compression device receiving driving power so as to suction refrigerant from a suction space, compress the same, and discharge the same to a discharge space; an oil storage chamber provided in the discharge space, and collecting the oil separated from the refrigerant to be discharged from the compression device; an oil recovery flow path for guiding the oil of the oil storage chamber to the suction space; and a decompression device provided in the oil recovery flow path, and decompressing the pressure of the oil, which passes through the oil recovery flow path, by means of an orifice hole having an inner diameter smaller than that of the oil recovery flow path, wherein the decompression device can be formed such that the inner diameter of the orifice hole is reduced when the pressure of the oil storage chamber is increased. Therefore, the pressure of the suction space is maintained at a predetermined pressure value, and performance degradation and power loss of the compressor can be prevented.
