Abstract:
This compressor comprises: a casing (1) that accommodates a rotating shaft (12), an electric motor (11), and a compressor main body (10), the casing (1) having an intake hole (31) that guides in a working fluid to a location corresponding to an axis (O1)-directional end surface of a stator core (24), and a discharge hole that discharges working fluid compressed by the compressor main body (10); and a pressing part that is provided only in the vicinity of a given circumferential position of the intake hole (31) in the outer peripheral edge of the axis (O1)-directional end surface of the stator core (24), the pressing part minimizing upturning of the end surface due to the working fluid taken in through the intake hole (31).
