Abstract:
A compressor (10) comprises a casing (20), a compression mechanism (40), a first ferrous member (20b), a first copper pipe (73), a refrigerant flow path member (72), and a sealing member (74). The casing (20) has an opening (20a). The compression mechanism (40) is accommodated in the casing (20). The first ferrous member (20b) is fixed to the casing (20) around the opening (20a). The first copper pipe (73) extends, from the first ferrous member (20b), at least outside the casing (20). The refrigerant flow path member (72) penetrates the first copper pipe (73), couples the outside space of the casing (20) to the compression mechanism (40), and allows the refrigerant to pass therethrough. The sealing member (74) is disposed in a groove (75a) formed in the outer surface of the refrigerant flow path member (72) and suppresses refrigerant inside the refrigerant flow path member (72) from leaking to a site other than the compression mechanism (40). The refrigerant flow path member (72) has: a second ferrous member (75) that has a groove formed therein; and a second copper pipe (76) that extends from the second ferrous member (75) toward the outside of the casing (20). The first copper pipe (73) and the second copper pipe (76) are brazed by a first brazing material (77).
