A computation device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a memory cell array including a plurality of memory cells that each comprise: a first inverter having a first input unit and a first output unit; a second inverter having a second input unit connected to the first output unit, and a second output unit connected to the first input unit and outputting a first signal; a first transistor into which the first signal is input from the second output unit; and a resistor connected in series to the first transistor.
