Abstract:
A computational integrated circuit chip, comprising: a control unit(11) having a clock-signal output interface (14); a plurality of arithmetic units (12), each arithmetic unit (12) having a clock-signal input interface (15), the input interface (13) being connected to the clock-signal output interface(14); and an input/output interface (13). The control unit (11) exchanges data with external components through the input/output interface (13); and the control unit (11) sends an individual clock signal to the each arithmetic unit (12) according to a control command.
