Abstract:
A computer numeric value control system includes: a human interface computer
(1), a PCI bus (4) configured to be connected to the human interface computer,
and a numeric value control device (3). The numeric value control device has
a built-in processor (30) and a local bus (34) connected to the built-in processor.
The system also includes a low-cost first and second shared memory (10, 11) such
as SDRAM and a dual bus memory controller (2). The first and the second shared
memory are shared by the human interface computer and the built-in processor.
The dual bus memory controller is configured to perform simultaneous communication
with the PCI bus and the local bus and to be connected to the first and the second
shared memory.
