Provided is a computer system comprising a first computer for accumulating data and a second computer for analyzing the data. The second computer has: data items to be analyzed; a minimum analysis dataset with the unit of definition defined; and an agent for managing an acquisition and analysis processes for the data. The agent: accepts an analysis-subject data read-in designation which includes the minimum analysis dataset, a range of repetition for the acquisition of the data, and a unit of repetition for the acquisition of the data; generates, on the basis of the range and unit of repetition, a first process for acquiring the data from the first computer and a first instance for executing a process within the first process, and acquires the data; generates a second process and a second instance for executing a process within the second process; launches the second instance; and causes the analysis process to be executed.
