Abstract:
A computer vision-based adaptive measurement system for geometric parameters in an assembly process, comprising a process design client unit, an image acquisition system, an image processing system, a tracking system, a visualization system, and a server. By means of a measurement instruction transmitted by a server, a camera can adaptively adjust a measurement position, so as to determine a measurement area and reduce a measurement range, thereby achieving the accuracy of measurement, reducing the amount of computation of a computer, improving measurement efficiency, and achieving real-time detection and measurement.
