Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a computing circuit and an electronic device. The computing circuit comprises a storage array and an operation array. The storage array comprises a plurality of magnetic units, which separately store corresponding bits, and output output voltages which represent the corresponding bits. A write circuit receives these output voltages, and generates a write voltage on the basis of these output voltages. The operation array comprises at least three magnetic cells, and generates a write current in response to the write voltage. The critical flipping voltages of the three magnetic units sequentially increase. The storage array is separated from the operation array, such that a plurality of logic gates can read magnetic bits from one magnetic unit at the same time, thereby facilitating parallel calculation; and an addressing system for storage bits can be simplified.
