Abstract:
The present invention discloses a consensus base error rate evaluation method and system. The polymerase chain reaction error rate and the sequencing error rate are integrated to evaluate the error rate of individual consensus bases, and the quality scores of the consensus bases are calculated to improve the accuracy of existing molecular signature sequencing and eliminate subsequent interpretation difficulties caused by low-frequency mutation in mutation detection. Therefore, the method has the advantages of improving precise treatment in the future.
