Abstract:

[Problem] To provide a means capable of simply and efficiently concentrating a cell suspension. [Solution] This concentrating device 10 is provided with: a culturing container 70 having a port 73 and a port 74; a server bag 40 having a port 96; a housing having a hollow fiber bundle 109 in an inner space thereof; a filtering device 120 having an inlet port 110, a first outlet port 111, and a second outlet port 112; a collecting container 41 having a port 97; a liquid supply circuit connected to enable flow passage switching to the port 73, the inlet port 110, and the port 96; a liquid discharge circuit connected to enable flow passage switching to the port 74, the first outlet port 111, the second outlet port 112, and the port 97; a liquid supply mechanism 37 having a switching mechanism; a supply pump 91, a discharge pump 92; and a rotating mechanism 34 which rotates the filtering device 120.
