Abstract:
Disclosed are a concentration measuring instrument calibration method and apparatus, and a concentration measuring instrument. The method comprises: determining whether a concentration test instrument needs to be calibrated, and if it is determined that the instrument does not need to be calibrated, directly putting the instrument into use (S120); and if it is determined that the instrument needs to be calibrated, calibrating the instrument, wherein a function relation between a measured reaction intensity and a theoretical reaction intensity is calibrated by acquiring a fitting function between the measured reaction intensity and the theoretical reaction intensity of a standard sample (S130). The concentration of a sample to be tested after the instrument is calibrated can be acquired by compensating, by means of obtained calibration data, for measured original data, thereby ensuring that the instrument acquires ideal measurement precision during long-term use.
