The present invention relates to a concrete block and a construction method thereby, which, when concrete blocks are coupled to each other by means of a coupling concrete column, induce the coupling concrete column to have a uniform temperature in a process of curing the coupling concrete column, thereby preventing cracks from being generated in the coupling concrete column.
