Abstract:
A concrete formulation adjustment method and apparatus based on deep learning, and a readable medium. The method comprises: extracting and preprocessing, by means of a target detection model, a concrete area image in a mixing image acquired in real time, to obtain a processed concrete area image; calculating an image gray histogram, and obtaining a gray mean value change curve; establishing a first relationship between the gray mean value change curve and a working performance of concrete, and determining a predicted value of the working performance of concrete; segmenting an aggregate image by means of an instance segmentation model to obtain a segmentation result, and determining an aggregate gradation on the basis of the segmentation result; establishing a second relationship between change values of the working performance of concrete and change values of the amount of water and/or change values of the amount of aggregate, adjusting the amount of water and/or the amount of aggregate on the basis of the predicted value of the working performance, the aggregate gradation, and the second relationship, and repeating the above to make the working performance meet requirements. According to the concrete formulation adjustment method, the concrete formulation can be adjusted in real time, and the efficiency is improved.
