Abstract:
The present invention discloses a concrete mixer truck material addition robotic hand, comprising a robotic arm arranged at a mixing station, and further comprising a flow guide apparatus mounted at an end of the robotic arm. The robotic arm is used for moving the position of the flow guide apparatus and adjusting the angle of the flow guide apparatus, implementing adaptable spatial movements of the flow guide apparatus, a convenience when aligning a material inlet of a mixing drum. The flow guide apparatus comprises a material feed funnel positioned below a material drop funnel, and further comprises a flow trough in communication with a material outlet of the material feed funnel, the use being once concrete output from the material drop funnel enters into the material feed funnel, said concrete flows out from the flow trough and is loaded into the mixing drum. In the present invention, a material addition apparatus is arranged within a mixing station, and when a mixer truck enters the station, concrete can be directly loaded by means of the material addition apparatus; as such, the mixer truck does not need to be equipped with apparatuses such as a material addition funnel, solving problems caused by a material addition funnel being on the mixer truck such as needing cleaning and poor temperature and moisture insulation, and also further reducing spills during the process of adding material.
