Abstract:
A concrete mixer comprises: a cab (1), a chassis (2), wheels (3), an oil pump transmission shaft (4), a high pressure water gun tank (5), a hydraulic system tank (6), a water supply head (7), a mixing drum (8), a water gun interface (9), a fender (10), a sub-frame (11), a rear end guard bar (12), an operating system box (13) and a feeding and outgoing device (14), wherein the cab (1) is made of alloy; the chassis (2) is arranged on a lower side of the cab (1) by welding; the chassis (2) arranged on the lower side of the cab is provided with wheels (3) in a bolted connection manner; the chassis (2) is provided with the oil pump transmission shaft (4) on the upper side; the oil pump transmission shaft (4) on one side is disposed with the high pressure water gun tank (5) which is provided with the hydraulic system tank (6) on one side by bracket connecting; the hydraulic system tank (6) is provided on the lower side with the water supply head (7) in a pipe connection manner; the water supply head (7) is provided with the mixing drum (8) by welding; the mixing drum (8) is provided with the water gun interface (9) by welding; the mixing drum (8) is provided on the lower side with the rectangular fender (10) by welding; the fender (10) is provided on the lower side with the sub-frame (11) by welding; the sub-frame (11) is provided on the lower side with the rectangular rear end guard bar (12) in a bolted connection manner; the rear end guard bar (12) is provided on the lower side with the operating system box (13) in a bolted connection manner, the tail end of the mixing drum (8) is provided with the feeding and outgoing device (14) in a bolted connection manner. For this concrete mixer, the inner space of the mixer drum can be quickly cleaned to prevent the mixer drum from stopping operation due to excessive accumulation of concrete over time.
