Abstract:

A pair of first and second concrete layers (1) and (2) that are disposed with a gap between them are connected by, for example, a corrugated plate (3) having an amplitude having a uniform size so as to provide a hollow structure between the layers (1) and (2), and the overall weight of the concrete panels can be reduced by this hollow structure. The corrugated plate (3) has a trapezoidal rectangular section, for example, and its bottoms and sides are buried into the first and second concrete layers (1) and (2) so that the compressive strength in the direction of the wave pitch of the corrugated plate (3) can be improved and rigidity of the concrete panels can be improved as a whole by the plane holding effect by diagonal members of a truss structure of the corrugated plate (3).
