Abstract:
The present invention provides a preventive or therapeutic agent for diseases such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, autism spectrum disorders, and Alzheimer's disease, which involve group II metabotropic glutamate (mGlu) receptors, comprising as an active ingredient a compound represented by formula (I): [in formula (I), R1 and R2 represent a hydrogen atom or the like; ring A represents phenyl or the like; R3 and R4 represent a hydrogen atom or the like; L represents the structural formula group (II) (in each structural formula, bond 1 represents a position bonded to the pyrazole ring, bond 2 represents the position bonded to B, L' represents -C(O)-O- or the like, m and n represent 0 or 1, Y1 represents CR5R6; Y2 represents CR5R6 or the like, and R5 and R6 represent a hydrogen atom or the like), B represents a hydrogen atom or the like, and, Ra, Ra' and Rb' represent a hydrogen atom or the like], or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
