Abstract:
A condensed water treatment device determines whether or not the water storage amount (Qw) of condensed water generated by an EGR cooler and stored in a condensed water tank is equal to or less than a lower limit value (t1) (S2). If the water storage amount (Qw) is equal to or less than the lower limit value (t1), the flow rate of the EGR cooler is changed to 100% and the flow rate of a bypass path is changed to 0% (S3), and the supply of condensed water to an internal combustion engine is cancelled (S5). As a consequence, the condensed water treatment device increases the water storage amount (Qw). Meanwhile, if the water storage amount (Qw) is greater than the lower limit value (t1) and is equal to or greater than the upper limit value (t2), the flow rate of the EGR cooler is changed to 0% and the flow rate of the bypass path is changed to 100% (S7), and condensed water is supplied to the internal combustion engine (S9). As a consequence, the condensed water treatment device decreases the water storage amount (Qw).
