Abstract:
Disclosed is a condenser microphone. A condenser microphone of the present invention includes: a PCB which includes a predetermined circuit pattern and an external connection terminal; a packaging unit in which an IC chip having an amplification circuit, a terminal electrically connected to the IC chip, and a back plate electrically connected to the IC chip are integrally packaged, wherein portions of the terminal and the back plate are respectively exposed to the outside; a diaphragm unit which is disposed on top of the packaging unit so as to be spaced apart from the back plate; and a case having a sound hole in which a sound pressure is applied, wherein a lower end portion of the case is connected to the PCB with the case covering the packaging unit and the diaphragm unit. The microphone according to the present invention has a more uniform sensitivity than a conventional ECM, is constantly maintained at a set sensitivity, and can implement lower noise and superior sound quality than an MEMS microphone. In addition, the manufacturing process of the microphone according to the present invention is simpler than those of the ECM and MEMS microphone, thereby remarkably improving productivity.
