Abstract:
A liquid receiver (10) of this condenser (1) is provided with a second liquid-reception portion (12) which extends along the longitudinal direction of a tube (2a), and communicates with a first liquid-reception portion (11) at the side of one header tank (5). The second liquid-reception portion (12) is disposed outside the one header tank (5), and is connected to an area of the first liquid-reception portion (11) located further upstream than an area connected to a refrigerant introduction portion (112a). Furthermore, a liquid-receiving connection portion (13) of the liquid receiver (10), which connects the first liquid-reception portion (11) and the second liquid-reception portion (12), has a lower end (131) at the side of the second liquid-reception portion (12), said lower end being positioned further, in the vertical direction, towards the side of the bottom (BL) of the tube (2a) inside the second liquid-reception portion (12) in the stacking direction, than a centre position (CL) of the tube (2a) inside the second liquid-reception portion (12) in the stacking direction.
