Abstract:
The present invention relates to a condensing and drying apparatus for food waste which comprises: a drying furnace; a heating unit which is connected to and heats the drying furnace; a supply unit for a crushing unit which is installed in one side of the drying furnace and is supplied with food waste; a discharge unit for the crushing unit which is installed in the other side of the drying furnace and discharges the dried food waste; plural crushing units which are installed inside the drying furnace, and which have one end connected to the supply unit and the other end connected to the discharge unit; and a condenser which is connected to the discharge unit and condenses the steam generated by drying the food waste. Each of the crushing units comprises a tube with a crushing space, a shaft which is placed inside the crushing space and comprises one or more crush blades, and a motor which is coupled with one end of the shaft.
