Abstract:

In order to effectively condense an evaporated gas and mix same into a low-temperature fluid, a condensing and mixing device 2 comprises: a storage means 18 that stores the correspondence between mixed fluid pressure and the saturation temperature at said pressure, as a first correspondence relationship A, and the correspondence between a permissible minimum value for the degree of overcooling of the mixed fluid and an auxiliary flow rate ratio obtained by dividing the total flow rate for a main flow and an auxiliary flow by the flow rate for the auxiliary flow, as a second correspondence relationship B; and a control means 17 that adjusts the opening of an auxiliary flow adjustment valve 14 and controls the flow rate of the auxiliary flow, such that the degree of overcooling of the mixed fluid is greater than the minimum value, said adjustment and control being performed on the basis of the measurement values for the flow rate for the main flow, the flow rate for the auxiliary flow, the temperature of the mixed fluid, and the pressure and also while referring to the first correspondence relationship A and the second correspondence relationship B.
