Abstract:
The present invention determines a condition for exchanging power between: (i) a first user who wants to exchange power in a first period prior to a second period, subject to the provision of power in the second period; and (ii) a second user who can provide power to the first user in the first period. (i) Information for identifying the first period, and (ii) information indicating a first target value relating to a power amount to be provided from the second user to the first user in the first period are acquired. Information indicating a condition for the second user to provide power in the first period is acquired. A determination is made as to at least one of: (i) a second target value relating to a power amount to be provided from the first user to the second user in the second period; and (ii) a parameter indicating the relationship between the first target value and the second target value.
