Description:
CONDITIONED VENTILATION MECHANISM FOR RESPIRATORY SYSTEMS WITH

HELMET

Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a conditioned ventilation mechanism for respiratory systems with helmet that prevents inhalation of unwanted particles such as viruses and dust in the air in hospitals, laboratories, workshops, factories and similar closed environments, by the people working in the environment and also enables said persons to breathe more comfortably.

Fresh air with the same comfort and quality is provided to people in four seasons by means of the thermostat connected conditioners contained in the conditioned ventilation mechanism for respiratory systems with helmet and also more comfortable breathing is provided for people by ensuring that the air transmitted through the pressure sensor in the mechanism is transmitted to the people at a flow rate suitable for the respiratory rate.

Prior Art

Today, respirators with helmet are used so as to prevent the breathing of viruses, dust and similar particles that are undesirable in the indoor environment where people employed in hospitals, factories and similar places work. There are oxygen tubes that are directly connected to the relevant devices. The fresh air supply required by the operators for the respirators with helmet is met through the tubes connected to the respirator. Since the air coming to the operators is met through the tubes connected to the device during the use of respiratory systems with helmet, the weight of the tubes attached to the device is carried by the workers throughout the production shift and thus it is a burden that makes the operator tired from an ergonomic point of view. Also, the stops experienced during the replacement of these tubes also caused production losses.

In the Chinese Patent Document Numbered CN 2666484 developed to eliminate such problems stated in the art, it is mentioned that people breathe with the natural air in the outside environment with a hose connected to their helmet with a central system rather than breathing from the oxygen tubes engaged with the helmet. Figure-1 contains a technical drawing of the relevant document.

However, in said document, it is not possible for people to breathe more comfortably, according to the season, for example, if the outdoor air is colder than the indoor environment in winter, due to the air at different temperatures they breathe, and also with problems such as the inability to transfer the air delivered to the people in accordance with the respiratory rate.

Description of the Invention

Other elements that enable the arrangement and identification of Conditioned ventilation mechanism for respiratory systems with helmet realized to achieve the aims of the present invention are shown in the accompanying figures.

In these figures;

Figure-1 is a technical drawing of the prior art for the inventive conditioned ventilation mechanism for respiratory systems with helmet. Figure-2 is an illustrative view of the inventive conditioned ventilation mechanism for respiratory systems with helmet and a sectional view of the same installed in a workshop and attached to the worker.

Figure-3 is an illustrative view of the inventive conditioned ventilation mechanism for respiratory systems with helmet and a top view of the same installed in a workshop and attached to the workers.

Figure-4 is an illustrative view of the inventive conditioned ventilation mechanism for respiratory systems with helmet and another top view of the same installed in a workshop and attached to the workers.

The parts that constitute the inventive conditioned ventilation mechanism for respiratory systems with helmet that are enumerated as follows in the attached figures:

1- Mechanism

2- Main cassette type filter

3- Air transfer pipe

4- Cassette type filter

5- Thermostat connected conditioner

6- Pressure sensor

Inventive conditioned ventilation mechanism for respiratory systems with helmet (1) comprises the following;

One main cassette type filter (2) with fresh air contained inside for distribution At least one cassette type filter (4) whose one end is connected to the main cassette type filter (2) and the other end is connected to the air transfer pipe (3) and which transmits the relevant air to the air transfer pipe (3) by eliminating the microparticles in the air transferred from the main cassette type filter (2),

At least one thermostat connected conditioner (5) which is located in the cassette type filter (4) and provides preparation of air suitable for breathing by heating the air when it is cold and cooling it when it is hot,

At least one pressure sensor (6), which is connected to the air transfer pipe (3) and ensures that the air delivered to the people is transferred in accordance with the respiratory flow rate.

It is ensured that the outdoor fresh air is provided to people working at a certain flow rate, that is, in accordance with the respiratory rate by means of the pressure sensor (6) of the inventive conditioned ventilation mechanism for respiratory systems with helmet (1). Thus, cleaning losses due to contamination of personal protective equipment have been eliminated. Furthermore, fresh air supply is provided to the worker in accordance with the respiratory rate.

It is ensured that the air transferred to the working person is at a temperature suitable for breathing by means of the thermostat connected conditioners (5) of the inventive conditioned ventilation mechanism for respiratory systems with helmet (1). In this way, the air lines of the respiratory systems with helmet are made to provide fresh air with the same comfort and quality to the employees in all four seasons.
