Abstract:

A refrigerating/air-conditioning device capable of suppressing the return of liquid to a compressor by using a simple configuration, and minimizing annual power consumption. A coolant circuit (20) is configured by: connecting an outside apparatus (61) and an inside apparatus (62) via a gas-side connection pipe (7) and a liquid-side connection pipe (5); and sequentially connecting a compressor (1), a four-way valve (8), an inside heat exchanger (6), a coolant heat exchanger (4), an expansion valve (3), an outside heat exchanger (2), and an accumulator (9). Therein, the coolant heat exchanger (4) exchanges heat between: a high-pressure-side coolant which is located between the coolant heat exchanger (4) and the liquid-tube connection section (11) of the outside apparatus; and a low-pressure-side coolant on the exit side of the accumulator (9).
