Abstract:
Provided is a conducting layer which is soft and extendable while electric resistance is prevented from increasing even when the conducting layer is extended. The conducting layer includes elastomer and metal filler so as to satisfy a condition for the index of conductivity (A) (the metal filler has the average value of reference number of pieces that is 0.8(piece/μm) or more, or the metal filler is 1 μm or less in thickness and includes a flake-shaped filler with an aspect ratio of 26 or more and has the average value of reference number of pieces that is 0.4(piece/μm) or more) and a condition for the index of flexibility(B)(20 or more unit regions are included wherein each unit region includes the area ratio of elastomer that is 60% or more).
