A conductive composition containing a conductive carbon material (A), a water-soluble resin binder (B), a water-dispersible fine resin particle binder (C) and an aqueous liquid medium (D), which is characterized in that: the content of the conductive carbon material (A) in 100% by weight of the total solid contents of the conductive carbon material (A), the water-soluble resin binder (B) and the water-dispersible fine resin particle binder (C) is 20-70% by weight; and the content of the water-soluble resin binder (B) in 100% by weight of the total solid contents of the water-soluble resin binder (B) and the water-dispersible fine resin particle binder (C) is 40-95% by weight. This conductive composition provides a conductive composition having excellent conductivity and adhesion, said conductive composition is used for the purpose of forming an electricity storage device that exhibits excellent dispersibility of a conductive carbon material and excellent adhesion of an electrode and has excellent charge/discharge cycle characteristics.
