Abstract:
This conductive end member comprises: an inner peripheral part comprising a Cu-xZr (where x represents the atomic% of Zr, which meets 0.5 ≤ x ≤ 16.7) alloy composition that contains a Cu matrix phase, and a second phase that contains a Cu-Zr compound and that is dispersed inside the Cu matrix phase; and an outer peripheral part that is present on the outer peripheral side of the inner peripheral part, comprises a metal including Cu, and is more conductive than the inner peripheral part.
