Abstract:
A conducive material dispersion which contains a dispersant, a dispersion medium, and a conductive material that contains carbon fibers, wherein: the dispersant contains a copolymer A that comprises a nitrile group-containing structural unit and an aliphatic hydrocarbon structural unit; the copolymer A has a Mooney viscosity (ML1 + 4 at 100°C) of from 40 to 70; and the conducive material dispersion has a phase angle of 19° or more at a frequency of 1 Hz.
