Abstract:
Provided is a conductive member for electrophotographic devices in which adhesion of toner and paper dust is minimized. This conductive member 10 for electrophotographic devices comprises an elastic layer 14 and a surface layer 14 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the elastic layer 14. A plurality of protrusions 18 are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the surface layer 16, the tips of the protrusions 18 are configured as curved surfaces, the height h of the protrusions 18 is 1.0-10 nm inclusive, the width W of the protrusions 18 is 1.0-100 nm inclusive, and the width W of the protrusions 18 relative to the distance d between protrusions 18 is 0.5-1.5 inclusive.
