Abstract:
Disclosed is a conductive member (20) provided with a metal substrate (21), an intermediate layer (23) formed on the metal substrate (21), and a conductive layer (25) formed on the intermediate layer (23). The intermediate layer (23) includes a constituent component of the metal substrate (21), a constituent component of the conductive layer (25), and a crystallization suppression component for suppressing crystallization in the intermediate layer (23). As a result of this structure, a conductive member having superior conductivity and corrosion resistance can be obtained.
