Abstract:
This conductive member module (1) is provided with: a pair of conductive members (2) which are formed into plate shapes, and which face each other; and a sealing part (3). The conductive member module (1) is produced by carrying out an accommodation step, a sealing step, and a removal step. In the accommodation step, the two individual conductive members are sandwiched in the directions in which the conductive members face each other by outer support members (4O) in contact with outer surfaces (21O) of the conductive members (2), and inner support members (4I) in contact with inner surfaces (21I) thereof. Outer recesses (23O) are formed in the outer surfaces (21O) by the outer support members (4O). Inner recesses (23I) are formed in the inner surfaces (21I) by the inner support members (4I). The outer recesses (23O) are deeper in the Z direction than the inner recesses (23I).
