Abstract:
Provided are: a conductive member that can achieve a desired initial electrical resistance value and suppress, via continuous electrical conduction, increases in the electrical resistance value; a conductive roller provided with an elastic layer comprising the conductive member; and an image forming device using the conductive roller. The conductive member is characterized by comprising an ultraviolet ray cured resin obtained by curing, by ultraviolet irradiation, a composition containing a urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer (A), a photopolymerization initiator (B), and an ion conductive agent (C), wherein the ion conductive agent (C) contains an organic boron complex salt and a compound that has a structure represented by general formula (1), and the organic boron complex salt content is at least 0.2 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the curable component of the composition. (1) –SO2–NX–SO2– (In general formula (1), X represents an alkali metal.)
