The present invention relates to a conductive plate (30) for ground connection of a plurality of first earth electric wires (W) to a vehicle body. The present invention comprises a conductive plate main body (31) which comprises a body side ground connection unit (34) which is earthed to the body by being bolted to the body, a plurality of terminal connection units (32B) which are disposed at one end of the conductive plate main body (31) to be connected to each wire side terminal (21) electrically connected to each of the first earth electric wires (W), and a first rib group (37) and a second rib group (38) protruding from the conductive plate main body (31) in the plate width direction, stiffness of the conductive plate main body (31) being low at a position close to the body side ground connection unit (34) and high at a position far from the body side ground connection unit (34).
