Abstract:

In order to overcome the problem of poor conductivity of a conductive polymer in existing solid-state capacitors, and the problem in which existing methods for adding a dopant to an electrolyte easily lead to de-doping, the invention provides a conductive polymer comprising chain segments obtained by polymerization of polymer monomers, the polymer monomers including compounds represented by general formula I, wherein Y is selected from one of NH and S; R1 and R2 are respectively independently selected from H, or an optionally substituted linear or branched alkyl group, an optionally substituted cycloalkyl group, an optionally substituted aryl group, an optionally substituted aralkyl group, an optionally substituted alkoxy group or hydroxy group, and an organic group comprising at least one of a carboxy group, a sulfonate group and a phosphate group; and at least one of R1 and R2 is an organic group comprising at least one of a carboxy group, a sulfonate group and a phosphate group. Also disclosed are a capacitor comprising the conductive polymer and a preparation method therefor. The conductive polymer of the present invention has a low ESR value and stable electrical properties.
