Abstract:
The present invention relates to a conductive polymer containing a 3,6-carbazole group represented by chemical formula 1, and to an organic polymer thin film solar cell: in chemical formula 1, Y is an electron accepter, and X is an electron donor. R1 is a C1-C20 alkyl, a C1-C20 alkoxy, a C1-C20 cycloalkyl, a C1-C20 heterocycloalkyl, an aryl, a heteroaryl, CN, C(O)R, and C(O)OR, wherein R is the C1-C20 alkyl, the C1-C20 heterocycloalkyl, the aryl, and the heteroaryl. 1 and m are 1+m=1 in terms of mole fraction, and m has a range of 0.01 ≤ m ≤ 0.9. n is 5 to 200 in terms of degree of polymerization. The conductive polymer containing the 3,6-carbazole group, according to the present invention, can enable the organic thin film solar cell having superior hole conductivity and a photo-voltaic effect, and having a superior light-to-electrical conversion efficiency by allowing a spin coating process when applying an element.
