Abstract:
A conductive polymer thin film complex able to be formed in a thin-film form and suitably used in a field electron emission element, a solar cell, a light sensor or the like. The conductive polymer thin film complex is characterized by comprising a conductive polymer thin film (18) formed by blending conductive polymer with carbon nanotube (CNT), and a transparent metal oxide semiconductor film (16) formed on one surface of the conductive polymer thin film (18). The transparent metal oxide semiconductor film (16), when attached with an electrode, can be used in a field electron emission element, an antistatic agent or the like. The conductive polymer thin film (18), when formed with an electrode also on the other surface, can be used in a solar cell, a light sensor or the like.
