Abstract:
A conductive resin film comprising (1) 100 parts by weight of a cyclic olefin resin and (2) 5 to 100 parts by weight of a conductive filler and having a volume resistivity in the perpendicular direction to the film surface of 0.01 to 5 $g(V)cm. The film is produced by casting a conductive resin composition comprising (1) 100 parts by weight of a cyclic olefin resin, (2) 5 to 100 parts by weight of a conductive filler and (3) 100 to 1,000 parts by weight of a solvent for the cyclic olefin resin on a releasing base material.
