Abstract:
A problem addressed by the invention according to the present application is to provide: a conductive roller with which it is possible, over the long term, to avoid the occurrence of filming and to charge a developer solution with a desired degree of charge; and a developing device and an image forming device with which it is possible to form high-quality images over the long term. The invention according to the present invention which solves the problem relates to: a conductive roller (1), comprising a urethane coat (4) which is formed on the outer circumference face of an elastic layer (3) and includes a urethane resin and a particulate amino resin (5); and a developing device and an image forming device comprising the conductive roller (1).
