Abstract:
Disclosed is a conductive substrate having high adhesion to a base and excellent conductivity, wherein a patterned metal fine particle sintered film, preferably such as a copper wiring pattern is formed on a base such as a polyimide base.
The conductive substrate is obtained by forming a print layer by printing a coating liquid, which contains metal or metal oxide fine particles, on a base and then firing the print layer, thereby forming a metal fine particle sintered film. The crystallite size in the metal fine particle sintered film as determined by X-ray diffraction is not less than 25 nm, and the porosity in a cross-section of the metal fine particle sintered film is not more than 1%. Also disclosed is a method for producing the conductive substrate.
