Abstract:

The present invention includes: a cylinder member 30; a piston member 60 that comprises a shaft portion 61 and a button portion 64; an attaching portion 40 that comprises a rigid tube 42 and an elastic tube 41; a compression spring 80 that is disposed between the button portion 64 and the rigid tube 42; a first elastic member 90 which is provided on the upper P1 side of the button portion 64 relative to the position thereon where an end of the compression spring 80 abuts, and which elastically deforms by coming into contact with an abutting surface 42d of the rigid tube 42 to seal a gap S1 when the piston member 60 is pressed down via the button portion 64; and a second elastic member 41q which elastically deforms by coming into contact with an exterior member 103g to seal a gap S2 when the piston member 60 is pressed down via the button portion 64.
