Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a cone paper body production method. The cone paper body production method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing a fiber material with water, and crushing the fiber material to form fiber slurry; S2, quantitatively taking out the fiber slurry and molding to form an initial pressing member; S3, immersing the initial pressing member in a color material liquid for a second preset time period to form an initial pressing member having a color material; S4, filtering out the moisture of the initial pressing member having the color material so as to form a semi-finished product; and S5, thermoforming the semi-finished product to form an initial finished product. The cone paper body production method of the present invention can continuously feed a material, and does not need to add a color material and a chemical agent, and thus is environmentally friendly, and greatly reduces the cost of water treatment and the costs of a water resource and a fiber material resource; the concentration of each batch of the fiber slurry is consistent, and thus, the consistency and yield rate of the product are ensured.
