The method comprises: acquiring service information, the service information comprising a service period, a service burst arrival start time, and a service burst arrival end time (110); and, according to the service information, sending configuration information related to physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring, the configuration information being used for indicating a monitoring duration of a PDCCH (120).
