Abstract:
Provided in an embodiment of the invention are a configuration method and device for an optical multiplexer/demultiplexer (OMD). The method comprises: assigning, to different sets, optical multiplex sections (OMSs) corresponding to different configurations, wherein the configurations are configurations included in OMDs, and the configurations correspond one-to-one with the sets; and outputting, for each one of the sets, and according to the configuration corresponding to the set, OMD configuration information of the OMS in the set. The above technical solution provided in the embodiment of the invention solves a problem in which a manual one-by-one configuration of OMDs in the prior art is time consuming and has low accuracy, thereby quickly and accurately completing configuration of an OMD.
