Abstract:

Disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention are a configuration method, user equipment (UE) and base station of a serving cell in dual connectivity, for reducing the time taken to complete a pSCell configuration. The specific solution comprises: a system message transmitted to a UE by a master eNB (MeNB) carries information indicating whether a parity of an SFN of the MeNB is consistent with the parity of an SFN of a plurality of neighboring base stations (one of the stations serving as a secondary eNB (SeNB) for the UE), or carries an SFN of the plurality of neighboring base stations; or, an RRC connection reconfiguration signaling transmitted to the UE by the MeNB carries information indicating whether a parity of the MeNB SFN is consistent with a parity of the SeNB SFN, or the SeNB SFN; the UE configures the pSCell on the SeNB according to the RRC connection reconfiguration signaling, and the UE can determine the SFN parity of the SeNB according to the received indication information or the SeNB SFN, and then perform random access with respect to the SeNB. The embodiment of the present invention is used by a UE to configure a serving cell.
