Abstract:
Provided are a confirmation support device, a confirmation support method, and a program, that can support the work of visually inspecting an image of an identity verification document and confirming prescribed confirmation items. The confirmation support device (1) has: a confirmation time acquisition unit (2) that acquires a confirmation time, being the time required by a first verifier visually inspecting an image of an identity verification document and confirming prescribed confirmation items to confirm the prescribed confirmation items; a risk level determination unit (3) that, on the basis of the confirmation time, determines a risk level for possible confirmation mistakes by the first verifier; and an alerting unit (4) that alerts a second verifier on the basis of the risk level, when the second verifier is visually inspecting an image of the identity verification document and checking the prescribed confirmation items.
