Abstract:
A conjugate, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The conjugate is provided with a radionuclide and Sibrotuzumab connected by a linker, wherein the linker is formed from a reagent selected from DFO, DOTA-NHS-ester, maleimide-monoamide-DOTA and p-SCN-Bn-DOTA. A FAP monoclonal antibody is used as a ligand for carrying the radionuclide. Using Zr-89-labeled Sibrotuzumab for PET imaging results in a high resolution. Using a Lu-177-labeled Sibrotuzumab method achieves the effect of tumor inhibition via low dose nuclide treatment.
