Abstract:

Wiring connection and piping connection between two vehicles are carried out without difficulty. The wirings (electric wires) (29, 30) on the vehicle side are interconnected through a connecting wiring (21) supported by the bogie frame (4C) of connected bogies (4). The connection wiring (21) is passed through a protective pipe member (28) having flexibility, and has its intermediate portion disposed in a recess (4Da) formed in the top of the left/right lateral beam (4D) of the bogie frame (4C). Further, the recess (4Da) has its upper opening closed by a cover plate. The front and rear ends of the connection wiring (21) are provided with connectors (22, 23) for electric connection with the vehicle side. The connectors (22, 23) are removably connected to connectors (26, 27) for the wirings (29, 30) on the vehicle side supported by support brackets (24, 25) under the vehicle bodies (2A, 3A).
