Abstract:

A connecting assembly and a manufacturing method therefor, a seat and a vehicle. The connecting assembly comprises: a connecting tube (1), a nut (2) being embedded on the inner wall of at least one end of the connecting tube, the nut being arranged coaxially with the connecting tube; a connecting plate (3), a fixing hole being disposed in the connecting plate; a fastening member (4), the fastening member passing through the fixing hole and having a threaded fit to the nut; the connecting tube is a lightweight alloy component, and the connecting plate is a steel component. By means of the connecting tube being a lightweight alloy component and a nut being embedded on the inner wall of at least one end of the connecting tube, the present connecting assembly enables the fastening member to pass through the fixing hole in the steel connecting plate and have a threaded fit to the nut positioned at one end of the connecting tube, thus achieving a connection between the steel connecting plate and the lightweight alloy connecting tube, solving the problem of connecting a lightweight alloy component with a steel component, and facilitating widespread use of the lightweight alloy component.
